There are different types of yoga, some are more dynamic, others are static and there are softer versions. 

At the One Step Center, we practice Hatha yoga which is a gentle version that can be easily practiced by everyone. This version can be adapted to the needs of each individual.

This form of yoga is ideal for people with physical limitations or back pain.

Whether you are a novice or an experienced practitioner, it is possible to practice this form of exercise while respecting your own rhythm and personal limits.

    From Rockland, Ontario, Josée is the proud mother of 2 grown boys. She has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching it for 5 years. Josée teaches at the One Step for You Centre, Rockland YMCA, and also at the Orleans YMCA, privately. She also taught for 2 years in Wendover at a chiropractic center.
